Anthony Weiner: Bad PR- A Little Class Can Go a Long Way

Anthony Weiner
In the aftermath of last night's New York  Democratic Mayoral Primary, Anthony Weiner not only lost embarrassingly, he continues to still embarrass himself and his reputation. I'm not quite sure who is he so mad at? I mean he is the one that snapped photographs of his intimate parts and put them on Twitter. He cannot be mad at the world for that.  Is being in public office that important? If he were a private citizen, none of this would matter. Go get paid. Go be a pundit. But it may be time to let the dreams of being in office rest.

Not only did he lose his congressional seat, but he chose to run for Mayor and it ended in an embarrassing defeat. Out of 5 candidates in a primary election, he was dead last, and got less than 5 % of the vote. He was once a front-runner. The saddest part is, people were willing to give him a second chance after his first mess up. The American people really do believe in redemption and second chances. Then he did it again.  More lies, more indiscretions. And let's be clear, this is not  a moral issue. PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO BE LIED TOO. He was dishonest, and they questioned his judgement. That is the issue.

This is truly poor form and the most embarrassing display I have ever seen in American politics. Between him and disgraced Mayor Filner in San Diego, there is alot of entitlement going around. I'm glad the voters are speaking with their voices and not allowing these things to continue.

A little class can go along way.

Martha's Vineyard 2012

Martha's Vineyard is always a great time, had a fab time this year with some fantastic people. Here is me and my crew getting soaked standing in line for a sale at Black Dog Market. Here are also some of the great dishes we had in our house. Such an Eat, Pray, Love Trip!
